Our organic matcha leaves are sourced from a single family-owned farm that is located in the misty hills of the Oita Prefecture. The unique climate and distinct temperature differences are what makes this region of Japan known for the highest quality in the world. Our factory is located on site of our farm, which allows the tea to be prepared immediately after harvest.

 

Directions for a nice, balanced tea:

• Stir 1 teaspoon of matcha powder into 8 fl oz of water or your favorite milk.
